BTCMind (“we”, “the Service”) is an AI crypto-trading copilot operated by ZHEN GUO. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account identity: email address; if you sign in with Apple / Google, we also collect the platform-issued unique user ID (Apple sub / Google sub).
• OKX API credentials: OKX API Key, Secret, Passphrase that you choose to connect. All credentials are stored on our server with AES-256-GCM encryption. We never log them in plaintext.
• Trading records: when you enable auto-trading, we log orders executed under your account (symbol, price, quantity, strategy tag, timestamp) for PnL reporting and explainability.
• Conversation content: your chats with the Claw AI copilot are stored for context continuity and history browsing. You may clear them at any time.
• Access status information: if we grant complimentary access for onboarding, testing, or review purposes, we may store the access start time, end time, and related internal notes.
• Device information: iOS / Android UDID (for ad-hoc TestFlight provisioning only), app version, OS version.
• Usage logs: API call timestamps, error logs, client crash reports. Used for reliability diagnostics.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core features (auto-trade execution, AI chat, market analysis, price alerts).
• Account authentication; abuse and fraud prevention.
• Manage complimentary access, onboarding, and review/test accounts where applicable.
• Customer support and bug fixes.
• Aggregate, de-identified analytics to improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and do not use it for ad targeting.

3. Third-Party Services

• OKX (exchange execution) — we use your authorized API credentials to place orders and query balances on OKX.
• Flatkey / Groq (AI inference & speech-to-text) — your conversation and voice are sent to LLM providers; we never forward OKX credentials.
• Resend (email), Cloudflare (CDN/DNS), Railway (app hosting).

4. Storage Location & Retention

• All data is stored in Railway's US data centers.
• OKX credentials: erased immediately on account deletion or active disconnect.
• Trading records: retained 5 years (compliance & tax).
• Conversation history: retained until user clears or deletes account.
• Access audit logs: retained 7 years (compliance recordkeeping).

5. Your Rights

• View your account information (in the app “Settings”).
• Delete your OKX credentials (one-tap disconnect).
• Clear conversation history.
• Delete your account (contact mguozhen@gmail.com).
• Export a copy of your data (contact support).

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at users under 18. We will promptly delete any account discovered to belong to a minor.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
