Welcome to BTCMind. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between ZHEN GUO (“we”) and you (“user”). Please read carefully before using the Service.

⚠️ 1. Risk Disclosure (Important)

Crypto trading is extremely risky. This Service does not constitute investment advice.

• Capital loss risk: Crypto asset prices are highly volatile; leveraged perpetuals can result in 100% loss of capital, or losses exceeding capital (e.g., negative balance after liquidation).
• AI is non-deterministic: Our AI copilot and auto-trade strategies are based on historical data and model inference; profitability is not guaranteed. Model output may be wrong, misleading, or outdated.
• No guaranteed returns: Backtest and live performance may diverge significantly. Past performance does not predict future returns.
• Full user responsibility: All trade decisions, capital management, and API key handling are decided by the user. Profits and losses are yours. We are not liable for trading losses.

2. Service Description

BTCMind provides:

• AI market analysis and conversational copilot (Claw).
• Automated trading strategy execution (connected to your OKX account).
• Real-time PnL and position overview.
• Price alerts and daily reminders.

The Service is not a custodial wallet, fund custodian, market maker, investment advisor, or financial planner. All trades execute via your authorized OKX API on the OKX exchange.

3. Account & Registration

• Must be 18 or older.
• Provide accurate email and real identity information.
• Registration may require an invite code.
• Personal use only; no transfer, lending, or shared accounts.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Free and paid access: Some users may receive free access via invite code or promotional grants. Paid users may subscribe to BTCMind VIP.
• iOS subscription: Digital subscriptions and VIP features on iOS are offered only through Apple In-App Purchase. The current paid product is an auto-renewable annual subscription.
• No external payment unlock: The iOS app does not direct users to external payment methods to unlock digital content or VIP features.
• Cancellation and renewal: Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Users can cancel auto-renewal in their Apple ID subscription settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities (money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, insider trading).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract AI models / algorithms.
• Abuse APIs (high-frequency stress testing, scraping rate-limit bypass).
• Impersonate others when registering or trading.
• Share your credentials or OKX API with third parties.

Violation gives us the right to terminate your account immediately, reserving all legal remedies.

6. Intellectual Property

BTCMind's code, UI design, AI prompts, and brand assets are owned by ZHEN GUO and protected by copyright law. No reproduction, modification, or redistribution without written authorization.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS”.

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
• We are not liable for failures of third-party services (OKX, Flatkey, Groq).
• Our maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the last 12 months.

8. Changes & Termination

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes communicated via in-app notice or email.
• You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations, compliance, or business reasons.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration.
